The Chester County Association of Township Officials (CCATO) cordially invites you to our highly anticipated Annual Fall Conference on November 14, 2024! We are thrilled to announce that this year’s conference will be held at the exquisite White Manor Country Club, providing a picturesque backdrop for our annual business meeting, social hour, and dinner.
Guest Speaker
Larry Shifflet was named to serve as the Executive Deputy Secretary in December 2023, building on his 31+ year career with PennDOT.
He previously was the Deputy Secretary for Planning., responsible for collaborating with communities and transportation stakeholders to plan transportation projects that balance community needs with regional and statewide travel demand and resources.
He is a lifelong resident of Conewango Township in Dauphin County, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, 1991 and a MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
